Groups are an affordable way to access quality psychological care, but can also offer additional benefits to individual therapy. Group therapy can provide a greater degree of validation and normalisation than individual therapy, and you have the collective wisdom and past experiences of the group to draw upon as members support each other to reach their therapy goals.
Combining group and individual therapy within the same practice has many advantages and provides you with a safe space to apply what you have been working on in individual therapy.
We are trying to start a new group in mid/late January. Please get in touch as we need a minimum number of people to get started.
