Katharina Zwielich is a trained psychologist who utilises Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Katharina is a trained psychologist from Germany. She received her degree from the University of Innsbruck in Austria in 2013 and joined The Little White House in 2020. She is registered with the Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice and follows the Duty of Confidentiality as well as the Nordic Code of Ethics.
Her specialization is an evidence-based approach of psychotherapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The underlying assumption is that how we think and act influences how we feel. Therapy is tailored to your specific needs and might draw from various schools and methods in order to reach its transformative potential. She works with adults and teenagers on a variety of themes, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal difficulties.
Katharina provides sessions in English as well as German.
