Healthy Habits Workshops

This series of workshops is ideal for anyone who wants to create or maintain healthy habits to improve physical and mental well-being. Over 12-weeks we will cover topics such as sleep, diet, exercise, procrastination, goal setting, values, relationships and more. You will gain skills and knowledge to implement new habits and the support to make them stick. Take control of your behaviour and make conscious choices for a happier, healthier life.
