Members of the LGBT community often find themselves carrying additional stressors that are related to their LGBT status. They may have suffered some anxiety about ‘coming out’. They may face discrimination in their workplace. They may be transitioning from their natal sex, to their preferred one. They may feel isolated and as though they do not fit in.

Of course, LGBTQIA individuals also suffer from stress, depression and all of the psychological problems as their non-LGBTQIA counterparts, but need someone to understand their problems from an LGBTQIA perspective.

We have several psychologists who have education and experience working with LGBTQIA individuals.

Please do not hesitate to call, and we will find someone who is sensitive to your needs.
